		<description>that&#039;s really interesting Vikas - however, when i think of it, it&#039;s not surprising,I suppose because there is a large Indian population, in addtion to Chinese, European, South American etc where all the flavours and ingenuity in preparation have fused together, to create a wonderful new cuisine that half the world doesn&#039;t recognise....</description>

		<description>The recipe is quite Indian in preperation except that the Indian spices have been substututed with Thyme, Different pepper &amp; is served with bread.

 Amaranth in it&#039;s many varieties is widely consumed still in India specially by poor masses &amp; the public in general does not recognize it&#039;s food value. Amaranth grain is excellent source of Nutrients. ( see link)
