I need to hunt down some red scotch bonnet so I can know what you’re talking about. Don’t know if they have it in Milwaukee, WI. I like the pic too. Real Halloween like. Just think of a potato eating a potato… We’d all have Crazed Potato Disease.

I love the idea of boiling the potatoes with onion and spices first! These sound very flavorful and the scotch bonnet adds a little heat – my husband and son would love this. Thanks for the mention!
